How does it work?

  1. Customer Fills out the document renewal form on our online portal and schedule a pickup time/date. Appointments must be scheduled at least 72hrs in advance. You will need to contact us at 876-864-4181 to get a sooner booking which is based on availability.
  2. Select the relevant payment method.
    Fitness and Valuation     – Customer must present payment receipt for fitness services, if SmartTrack has to make fitness inspection service purchase for the customer a 15% fee will be charged in addition to the fitness concierge fee.
                                    – Customer must be owner or authorized user of the vehicle. If user is not the owner then a letter giving authority 
                                      must be provided. 
                                    – Pre and post pickup form will be completed and signed off by customer
 

3. We will take the relevant document to get it renewed and returned to the customer. In the case of either a Vehicle Fitness or Valuation service is required, we will allow you to tack your vehicle from pickup to drop off using our SmartTrack platform at no extra cost at Vehicle Tracker.
